BRIDGEPORT — A Norwalk man has been charged with repeatedly raping two local teenage girls.
Nathan Rosales, 28, of Glover Street, was charged Tuesday with two counts each of first-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to children.
He is being held in lieu of $200,000 bond.
Police said on Oct. 2, social workers were conducting a meeting with students at Central High School in Bridgeport and asked the students if they knew of anyone who had been sexually assaulted. Two girls, aged 13 and 18, raised their hands during the meeting and disclosed they had been the victims of sexual assault, police said.
During a subsequent forensic interview at the Center for Family Justice, police said the girls related that they had each been repeatedly sexually assaulted by Rosales over several years.
