These Connecticut restaurants are embracing outdoor dining this winter with igloos, greenhouses and more

“We will have the covered outdoor patio partially enclosed as well as a large tent with heaters,” said director of sales Laura Loffredo, adding that “fire pits and bonfires will be going.” Indoors, the lodge will be set with distanced dining, and during the day, the restaurant will become an Internet cafe with coffee for parents to hang out while kids are on the mountain.
