Camelphat record BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix in empty Printworks

Liverpool DJ duo Camelphat have recorded their latest Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1 in London’s iconic Printworks.

The two-hour set will pay tribute to the many incredible venues currently lying empty worldwide amid the Coronavirus pandemic.

The mix will go live on Radio 1’s iPlayer channel on Friday 9 October 2020 at 6pm BST as part of the launch of Radio 1 Dance. The BBC’s first new 24-hour stream on BBC Sounds, Radio 1 Dance is designed to give young audiences even more flexibility to listen to their favourite BBC content outside of the more traditional linear schedules.
